Michael has spent 15+ years as a leader developing teams in both fast-paced start-ups and complex enterprise organizations. Much of his time has been spent in the Mergers and Acquisition space planning out the strategic integration of people, technologies, and cultures of different companies into a single cohesive team. His purpose at Refound is to optimize and grow client delivery and operational support systems. He loved going for long runs on the beach, cold plunging, and playing with his dog on the beach.
