As an experience designer, Meghan helps create the many facets of Refound's products and services. Her work is rooted in a deep appreciation for human behavior, with a passion for research and helping others—on her teams and in the world. She is driven to create tangible solutions that produce real change in the world. A visual communication designer by training, she brings future propositions to life, creating compelling experiences for users.
Before coming to Refound she worked for a leading innovation consultancy, where she helped drive experience design programs that helped clients build internal design capability. She's build digital onboarding experiences for retirement, journey mapped for a large retail bank and co-created an immersive multi-day program for “digital leadership” for 900 employees of a global organization across 3 continents and 5 cities.
She holds a BS in Graphic Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati.
