Jonathan is the owner of Refound and the author of Good Authority: How to Become the Leader Your Team is Waiting For. After twenty years of not being able to decide whether he was a business executive or a personal growth teacher, Jonathan stopped trying to figure it out. He's the former CEO and Chief Brand Officer of EMyth, where he led the transformation of a global coaching brand and has worked in tech, clean tech, and the nonprofit world since graduating law school in 1998. He’s madly in love with his wife, tries not to spoil his daughters, and will never give up on the New York Knicks. He lives in Ashland, Oregon, a lovely town that’s too far away from a warm ocean.

Sarah is a compassionate leader who believes in the power of exceptional talent experiences that drive results. Building on her strong business and operational background, she helps leaders and teams design experiences that foster development and success. By using a human-centered approach to design processes and environments, Sarah facilitates meaningful experiences that enable multidisciplinary teams to thrive and grow.

Lem is a growth strategist and leads the brand, marketing and product functions at Refound. He has served as head of product at Donately, a digital fundraising platform for nonprofits, founded three companies and has worked as a communications and marketing director. Lem specializes in building brands, and leveraging technology to power business growth. He studied political philosophy at San Diego State University and The New School, and loves to debate about culture, technology, and politics.

Dané has dedicated herself to achieving goals by focusing on the contribution and growth of her team members throughout her career. First in hospitality then in healthcare fundraising and innovation, Dané realized success is best achieved by cultivating relationships and building a culture in which collaboration thrives and employees find fulfillment - and fun - in their daily work. Before joining Refound, Dané was the Strategic Relations Director for OSF Innovation and Jump Simulation. Dané also serves as adjunct Management and Leadership faculty at Bradley University. She is a lifelong Cubs fan and is endlessly entertained by her two hilarious French Bulldogs.

Matt has recently extracted himself from the world of higher education after 16 years working at a university. He has worked on campus in both administrative and teaching roles. With a background in the fields of health and psychology Matt is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, and has facilitated hundreds of trainings on a wide array of topics. Matt lives in Ashland, Oregon and in his spare time he plays basketball, chases a sweet dog around the woods, and spends time with his amazing daughters and partner.
