We started with an orientation to the Refound approach that spoke to our aspiration to be a high -performance company and a great place to work. That evolved into roundtables, where cross-team managers worked together to learn and apply the concepts to their team interactions. Now we are working with the leaders on specific business imperatives such as scale, organizational changes, and cross-team imperatives. With Jonathan’s help, we are well on our way to having an organization where each person is accountable for our success, where giving and receiving feedback is fluid and the old barriers are falling away.

Our philosophy:

As tempting as it is to keep adding trainings to the calendar, you know that leads to burnout and disengagement. What you need is a common language and set of tools everyone can use for all the important conversations and challenges they face.
